Our returns policy: satisfaction or money back

Our company firmly believes in customer satisfaction. We take pride in offering high quality products and excellent services, but we understand that in some cases, a customer may not be completely satisfied with their purchase. That is why we have a very clear and transparent return policy that ensures a risk-free shopping experience for our customers.

What is our return policy?

Our return policy, is divided into two different parts for key duplication and for other products. For key duplication, since these are processed products, it is divided as follows:

1. The product does not work.
   After our laboratories have verified that the code provided by the customer does not match the one actually on the key it will be proposed whether to receive a new key as a replacement for the one already made and not working, or whether to proceed with a refund of the amount spent including any shipping costs.
   If the laboratory verification shows that the engraved code is consistent it will be treated as a voluntary return.
2. Voluntary return.
   The product is returned without having any defect or deformity, it is an undeniable right and we respect it, we reserve the right to deduct from the return the shipping costs if borne by us and the cost of the live material used for making, as well as the costs related to the payment circuit if any.

Return of all other types of unprocessed product:

1. The product does not work or is broken/damaged.
   If the product is broken, or does not match what was ordered the shipping costs as a return are our responsibility and we will take care of it directly. It will then be up to the customer to decide whether they wish to receive another product of the same or equal amount as a replacement, or proceed to a full refund including the shipping cost.
2. Voluntary Returns.
   For all other returns that do not involve our responsibility, but because the customer does not find the product satisfactory the return or replacement is made on the full value paid deducted of any shipping costs if any and costs related to the payment circuit if any.

How does the return work?

If you want to return an item, please contact our customer service department. We will provide you with all the information you need to return the item.
Please do not return the item before obtaining our consent, as it may affect the speed of your refund. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, i.e., unused, undamaged and with all original labels and packaging. You will also need to provide us with a copy of the original invoice, if any, or indicate on the shipment in the original order number as proof of purchase.

How long do I have to make the return?

The time to be able to make a return is 30 days unless otherwise notified.

How long will it take to get the refund?

Once we receive the returned item, it will take 3 to 5 business days to process the refund. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed. Please note that the time it takes to process your refund may vary depending on your bank or original payment method.

What are the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or the wrong product was sent. In these cases we will handle the pickup directly.

What happens if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We are very careful about the quality of our products and their proper shipping. Should a damaged package arrive please do not accept shipping for damaged package, If for some reason you receive a damaged or wrong product, not by weight from shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with all the information you need to return the product and exchange or refund.
